Nominations Closed!
Nominations are now closed. THANK YOU very much to everyone that nominated over the last couple of days! Sadly, Fantasy Excellent Author didn't quite reach its nominees minimum. All nominees for that category will roll over to the next round.
In the meantime... start Voting!!! But please make sure you read the rules first, k? And make sure you tell all your Spuffy-loving friends! They’ll want to know, you know. :o)

This is just a reminder that Round 15 of Spuffy Awards will end this Thursday, July 10! Currently there are 83 nominees; Fantasy Excellent Author and General Long Fiction are in dire need of nominees. Date Changes
Due to some RL changes, the dates for Round 15 are moving up. Nominations for Round 15 will end July 10 (that's THREE WEEKS from now!). Voting will begin July 11 and end on August 15. Winners will be announced August 23. I do apologize for the inconvenience, but August and September are going to be hectic months. Rather than postpone the round, I'd rather finish it early. Basically, this means I need your nominations now! Currently, there are 45 nominees, leaving many categories open for nominations. What will you do to give your favorite authors a happy? ;o)

Past Nominees
New to the Spuffy fandom? Remember when Spuffy Awards opened over 5 years ago? If you're looking for new stories to read or want to take a walk down memory lane, make sure you check out Spuffy Awards' revamped section: Past Nominees!
Over the last few months, I've been working hard to gather up all of Spuffy Awards' previous nominees and add them to the site with fully functioning links, for your reading pleasure. Sadly, Round 1 nominees have long been lost, however you'll find nearly everything since Round 2! I say nearly only because I've only gotten as far as Round 6, plus the latest Rounds (13 & 14). Over the summer I hope to finish adding all the rest of the nominees to have a near-complete link archive of all the stories once nominated. Since SA opened, some stories have gone offline and some seem to have just disappeared. For any unlinked stories, if you know of a reliable link to the story, please do share it with me!
While you're visiting, make sure you stop by the Nominate page and, you know, submit a nomination! Already SA has gathered 28 nominees (thank you to all of you who've nominated!), but there's plenty of room for more. Make an author's day and nominate them! In the process, you'll also make my day. :o)

Category Changes
Due to lack of nominations, I've taken down Best Fantasy Long Fic and combined it with Best Fantasy Saga by creating a whole new category: Outstanding Fantasy Fic. This new category accepts fantasy/all-human stories of over 1 chapter in length.

Winners Announced!
First of all, I'm announcing winners despite being short the award graphics. I'm running a little behind on the awards, but I didn't want to delay the announcement, especially since all the winners are squared away. Award graphics should be available by the end of the weekend, so make sure to check back for those! And now, without further ado, Round 13 Winners! Spuffy Awards celebrates its 5th Anniversary this month, and in honor of this milestone, I want to start Round 14 with a bang!
